Find Your Classroom ID in LinkB5

For Regional Leads, Multi-Site Administrators, and Single Site Administrators (including Family Day Home Providers)

Section A: Log in to LinkB5

Single-Site Administrators can find a Classroom ID two ways: on your Dashboard or downloading a Report.

Find Your Classroom ID on Site Dashboard

1. On your Dashboard, scroll down to your list of Classrooms. The Classroom ID is in the first column.

Finding Classroom ID on a Downloaded Report

1. At the top of your Dashboard, click on the Reports tab.
   
   
   
2. Select either “CLASS Export (Observation Type by Tabs)” or “CLASS Export (Classrooms Combined)” from the Report drop-down.
   
3. The current School Year(s) drop-down will automatically select the current school year.
4. Click on “Export” Open the report. Classroom ID is in Column G and labeled “Classroom ID”.
   
   

Steps for Multi-Site Administrators

Multi-Site Administrators can find a Classroom ID two ways: on your Multi-Site Dashboard or downloading a Report.

Finding Classroom ID on Multi-Site Dashboard

1. On your Multi-Site Dashboard, scroll down to your list of Sites. Click on the Site Name to navigate to the Site Dashboard.
   
2. On the Site Dashboard, scroll down to the list of Classrooms. The Classroom ID is in the first column.
   
3. Repeat for each Site to see their list of Classroom IDs.

Finding Classroom ID on a Downloaded Report

1. At the top of your Dashboard, click on the Reports tab.
   
2. Select either “CLASS Export (Observation Type by Tabs)” or “CLASS Export (Classrooms Combined)” from the Report drop-down.
3. Select “All Sites” to download all sites OR select a specific site from the “What site would you like to export data for?” drop-down.
4. The current School Year(s) drop-down will automatically select the current school year.
5. Click on “Export.”
   
6. Open the report. Classroom ID is in Column G and labeled “Classroom ID.
   

Steps for Regional Leads

Regional Leads can find a Classroom ID two ways: on your Dashboard or downloading a Report.

Finding Classroom ID on Region Dashboard

1. On your Region Dashboard, scroll down to the list of sites. Click on the Site Name to navigate to the Site Dashboard.
   
2. On the Site Dashboard, scroll down to the list of Classrooms. The Classroom ID is in the first column.
   

Finding Classroom ID on a Downloaded Report

1. At the top of your Dashboard, click on the Reports tab. Choose “Regional-Level Classroom List” from the dropdown menu.
2. Click on “Export” to download the report.
   
3. Open the report. Classroom ID is in Column L and labeled “Classroom ID”
